In this provocative behind-the-scenes Hollywood “dramedy”, Lucia is hired to write for a Latino character in a cutthroat male dominated TV studio. She befriends the Mexican-American studio custodian, Abel, and quickly discovers he has a windfall of plot ideas. As their friendship grows, the line between his story and her script starts to blur – with unexpected consequences. A standout new play from acclaimed writer Tanya Saracho (ABC’s How to Get Away with Murder and HBO’s Girls).
